Having spent the majority of her life enjoying the beautiful scenery of the South Wales, Suzie was particularly the enchanted by the delicate yet beautiful shapes and textures of ammonites which are abundant along the coastline.

Suzie Horan’s style has been deeply influenced by ammonites and each piece echoes the natural beauty of their form. Her craftsmanship and techniques for creating such unique shapes and structures has flourished, incorporating hammering, press forming and hand forming to achieve light, tactile and beautiful reflections in her ammonite jewellery.

There two types of Clogau gold, yellow gold and rose gold. During refinement, the reddish tint caused by copper is removed from rose gold to create yellow gold. Yellow Clogau gold looks identical to gold found elsewhere round the world.

How to choose a Rocking Sheep

There are two sizes of rocking sheep, large Ram and Ewe rocking sheep and small Rocking Lamb. Ram and Ewe size rocking sheep are recommend for ages three and above while Lamb size rocking sheep are recommended for children up to three years old. However, these sizes are just guides and you may decide to buy a rocking sheep that is Ram or Ewe sized for your child/children to grow into.
